Has served as - a director on the boards of WorldCorp P/L, Pacific Access P/L, On Australia P/L (Big Pond), chairman of Lawpoint P/L.; and advisory boards for De Gule Sider A/S (Denmark) and pkt.pl (Poland). Also, Board of Trustees Asian Directory Publishers Association (ADPAI), past Treasurer Melbourne chapter of the International Advertising Association.

Member on the selection panel for Leadership Victoria. Member of Victorian Taskforce for Multimedia, delegate on multimedia/Internet international trade mission. Prior managerial roles in marketing, logistics, corporate and IT strategy, project management and earlier experience in hospitality and retail.

Recently returned from an assignment as Chief Commercial Officer of a pan-European search and lead generation company operating in print, online and voice media. Former MD of a Fairfax business division and COO of a major Australian classified advertising business. Previously contracted as Managing Director of Telstra Multimedia Pty. Ltd. , a wholly owned, arms-length, subsidiary of Telstra established to manage and operate the broadband network and the broadband Internet and multimedia content/applications.
